Water Filters Come to Nimasac!

July 1st, 2023, Esperanza's clean water project became a reality. Twelve members of the Nimasac community began their WASH (Water And Sanitation Hygiene) and water filter education, preparation for training as many as 400 families to receive a clean water filter. The first session includes information about germs and micro-organisms that are present in unfiltered water. Three other sessions will complete the project. Those receiving the classes will then pay only 10% of the cost of the filter and take it home to use. Better health is the result! The total cost of this project is over $12,000 US. Your donation of $50 can provide one home water filter.
