The Esperanza Board meets quarterly (and often more frequently) to discuss, plan and execute our work.  As a governing body, we not only focus on the organization’s mission, strategy, goals but we are engaged with all aspects of our work.  We are skilled educators, physicians, nurses, photographers, accountants, social workers, and the list goes on… who freely share our knowledge to inform not only what we do but how we work. All of us are passionate about this mission and express it by going above and beyond making policy. It's a pleasure that each Board member has been to Guatemala.
